"Elements cannot be added to div block elements"

I’m unable to add or copy/paste a new link element in my nav bar. When I try to do so, an error pops up staying “elements cannot be added to div block elements”.

How do I fix this in order to add a new nav link to me menu bar? Thank you, any advice is much appreciated.
