Nope, Webflow has no way to interpret imported code to use within the Designer. You can export code from the Designer to use elsewhere, but unfortunately it doesn’t go the other way. Out of curiosity, why are you wanting to go from Elementor/Wordpress into Webflow?
From what I gather, Elementor (and other similar tools for Wordpress) offer similar functionality to Webflow in terms of WYSIWYG editing. You’d be better off eating the 40 bucks for the theme and starting within Webflow if that’s the direction you’re ultimately wanting to go. If not, then you’ll probably need to stick within the Wordpress ecosystem to take advantage of your purchased theme.
