Editor cost when quoting for new site

Hi There,

Apologies in advance if this has been discussed already, I’ve read through all the help docs I can find but wanted to be absolutely clear.

I’m about to quote a client for a new website. I’m currently on the Agency Plan. Their site will have a blog which they’ll need to edit + publish.

So in regards to pricing, and to be completely clear, I’ll be charging them for the CMS Hosting Plan, but do I need to ALSO charge them for a ‘Limited Editor seat’ so they’re able to edit content themselves?

Apologies if I’ve completely misunderstood how this works!

Hello @connectcreative,

You could do that if you are going to keep their site on your workspace. However, the best option is to have them open a Webflow workspace, and pay for the CMS site plan themselves, that way they can assign you as a developer, and since you have the Agency Plan, you will be able to access their workspace and develop their site directly there. Does that make sense? this tutorial explains the plans and pricing pretty well https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pDX-vLq08tw. I hope this helps.
