E-commerce check out not working

Hi Guys

New to webflow e-commerce. I have completed the store and connected stripe and paypal very quickly and easily. But when I try to complete a transaction I get this message:

"There was an error processing your customer info. Please try again, or contact us if you continue to have problems’

Can somebody please point me in the right direction?
