Disabling or removing "user pages"

I’ve enabled user logins by mistake, and I’m confused on how to disable or delete the page, I’ve searched the issue but found nothing of help.

Any help would be much appriciated!

Here is my site Read-Only: Webflow - SussyBakka

As far as I’m aware, there is no way to remove a subsystem like e-commerce or memberships once you’ve added it. If you really want them gone, contact Webflow Support and they may be able to turn that off and disconnect your site from those back-end systems.

But also, those pages should not be causing any problems- they should not count towards your 100 static page limit, and the URL paths are unlikely to interfere with anything. I’d just collapse the panel and ignore them if you’re not using Membership features.

same here, I enabled it out of curiosity and now I can’t remove it. Our company is a SaaS company so we already have a signup page, that is out of Webflow, and keeping this signup page will harm my journey

Same issue here. I was hoping there’s a solution for this.

Try contacting support, see if they can help. however I understand this is not a subsystem they can remove.

That said, it shouldn’t cause major issues to just leave it and not use it. In the worst case, you can use javascript redirects to route users away from the Memberships utility pages to other pages you’re wanting them to go to.

You should reach out to Webflow support and see if they can help.

I recall the modules warning me that they could not be removed once added when I activated them. There was a separate modal or something I had to click through. I just reached this point in my WF Memberships journey as well. I’ve asked WF Support to remove the modules and discontinue the service. I’ll try to update this thread when I hear back from them. Meanwhile, I think I’m going to add Memberstack via dummy pages (and then re-slug them once the user and ecom slugs are hopefully freed up).
