I think I’ve solved your problem. I ran into the same issue today and it reminded me of this post.
The height of the promo video section was set to 800px and it needs to be auto on mobile. When you view on a mobile, the height of the text exceed the 800px, so it creates the issues.
I’ve also added 20px padding to the top and bottom to help element spacing.
