Designer crash and site is not working anymore. Any help?


Apparently, my site is bloqued when I try to open it via Designer. Then, it seems blank and empty.
Anyone can help with this issue ?

It seems that nothing is working in the support page, can’t send mail nor search any issue.

Have you tried the classic refresh and computer restart? I would even try accessing the site via incognito.

Yes I tried all that but same issue, when I open the site, loading is freezing.

In my workspace, the site appear empty

In the workspace the site thumbnail will show the last published version.

Yes, that’s why I find it disturbing. No way to intervene on the account?
