Design layout - how i do that?

hi all,

what is the best way to make this layout -

i used wrapper 1440px for all the website.
but i didn’t succeed to do that…i thought to create grid in position absolute with position -1 but it doesn’t work well for me…

Look please at the bottom of the page, this is what i succeed to do for now. maybe there is a better and simple way
