Custom Support is not working

Hello I accidentally archived my website, now unfortunately I can’t access my paid plan anymore. I tried to reach the customer service with an e-mail via the form mask, but unfortunately it shows me the error (error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later.) I’m overwhelmed I hope someone can help me, thank you very much!
