NOW I LOST EVERYTHING
This is the third time I contacted the support and still did not respond.
Can anyone please help me with fixing my account?
I downgrade the membership I have from the CORE plan to a FREE plan, because the workspace I have not worked with the theme I purchased cost me 149 $. Now I lost the theme and lost the membership. I don’t know if I will ask for a refund for everything or if someone can fix this issue for me, because I’m sure it’s out of my hands from the backend side.
