Custom code Miror Input box to output text with multiple input sources

Hi,
I am trying to display an output text composed of multiple inputs field in a webflow page. I got it to work fine with one input source and display instantly/miror into the output with the following tutorials.

I am struggling to get the output to display multiple sources and concatenate multiple inputs, ideally from an input text + a checkbox field and another text…(see illustration here) into one output.
