Hello and welcome, currently in Webflow I do not believe this is possible natively. Although you can use custom code for this specific shape.

Yes, possible Button shapes
But you won’t be able to style the background or border on hover in the designer, as the arrow has to be a separate element.
Of course, you can add a custom style for the hover part.
