I wanted to experiment by adding mouse cursor which inverse color on hover. But I don’t know why when adding a blend mode my cursor dosen’t work.

Are you trying to achieve a blend mode only on the link? or on any element?
I am not completely sure, but the problem might be not having any background color defined for the link or the link wrapper. (I can’t check it on your site)

the problem realy can be that I haven’t defined any bg color. I am not on pc right now but i will realy try your method!!!
