Core web vitals metrics failing

Hi
Most of our URLs are failing the Core Web Vitals metrics in Google Search Console

One of the important metrics LCP is failing for almost all URLs. Since there are limitations on the CMS, and we cannot change the order of file loading and disable JS etc.

Can you please help us to resolve these issues or point us to the resources that can help?
