Connection with customer domain not working

Dear Webflow Community,

I set up a company website on Webflow and now tried to connect my customer domain www.123leergeräumt.de with Webflow. Since I already have two other websides
successfully connected from Ionos to Webflow I am familiar with the process and set up the DNS settings correctly.

Nevertheless I am not able to add the customer domain at the ‘’Publishing > Production” section on Webflow. When clicking on “add domain” nothing happens.

I would be very glad if you could provide me with some potential steps how to fix the problem.

Hey Felix sounds like a hosting or app-level glitch in Webflow’s site settings.
But before contacting support, I’d try;

  • Try a new machine, on a different network
  • Disable any browser add-ons
  • Clear your browser cache

Once you’ve ruled out network, proxy, firewalls, browser add-ons, browser cache, there’s not much left except the server itself.
