Has anyone connected a Dotster domain to Webflow before?
I’ve deleted any existing @ A records and www cname records and added the records from Webflow to connect the site. I gave it 48 hours to update and it’s still saying issues detected.
Is anyone able to help me out?

In the DNS records setup for the domain, there is one A Record which is set for the asterisk as the Name, this should be removed as Webflow does not support wildcard setup in addition to the other A Records:
Remove that A Record and then the A Records should resolve in DNS.
Also make sure to set the WWW domain in the hosting tab of project settings in Webflow to be the default domain, here is how to set the default domain: Set a default domain | Webflow University
After setting the WWW as the default domain, then republish the site.
