Component Changes Reverting

Hi,

I’m working with a long time Enterprise client. Yesterday, someone on the team, who is fairly well versed in Webflow, brought it to my attention that two changes she had made in the footer component and one change on the pricing page (also in a component) had completely reverted, even after showing up on the live site the previous day.

No one on the team has restored a backup.

And again, I re-emphasize the fact that the changes she had made WERE on the live site on Friday and yet yesterday they were completely gone.

Is this a problem that anyone else has experienced recently with components?

Hi there,

When components and design changes aren’t syncing correctly between the Designer and your live site, you can try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Clear your browser cache to ensure you’re seeing the most recent version of your site
  2. Go to your Project Settings
  3. Click the Hosting tab
  4. Select “Unpublish site”
  5. Wait a few moments, then click “Publish site”

This process will force a fresh publish of all your design changes and should resolve any discrepancies between your Designer and live site.
