Columns from card section element don't behave in mobile device

My card section columns work until mobile and then in mobile they don’t behave and stay stable and I can’t seem to figure out how in mobile to clean them up? Or what is the problem?

Use margins and padding wisely. This is happening because you have too much padding and margins between elements on mobile breakpoint.

Thanks. So, essentially, on the mobile breakpoint, shrink margins and padding. Though, I have tried this multiple times, and it seems nothing behaves, the columns all get squeezed into each other etc.
