Code for outline text not working and other code as well

I just transfer to Webflow from WordPress Elementor because there were so many bugs and problems with plugins, and first thing that i try to do in webflow same problems… Maybe its my mistake somewhere so ill ask here if somebody can help me. I want to put outline on my text

.H2-section-name { -webkit-text-stroke-width: 2px; -webkit-text-stroke-color: red; }

but nothing is happening and even when i publish site its still the same. I try couple more codes but its like codes doesn’t work… Here is Screenshoot Awesome Screenshot
