Cms wont save or publish from "validation error"

Hey, thanks in advance for taking a look at this.

There is a CMS collection and everything else will publish in this cms except one item.

I am trying to update the meta title and meta description, but every time I try to save, I get a validation error from both webflow designer and editor.
It doesn’t indicate which error, it just will not save.

everything else on this item is saved from before, I just noticed this when I came to update the meta title.
