CMS slider with images and videos

Hi, I’m building a portfolio website and for each project, I would like to show a fullscreen slider with some video and some images.

So I created a ‘Projects’ collection where I added some image fields and some input fields for Vimeo embeds. Then I created a slider using Swiper JS but it seems that it’s quite slow to load video from embed.

Which method would you recommend me to create a slider where I can have both images and videos?

Thanks for the reply, is there any way to add also video in the CMS without using vimeo or external platform?
