CMS Responsive Grid (Help Super Appreciated)

Need some urgent help with my CMS grid setup. Having two main problems here, responsiveness and the placement of text/images within the cards. I know what I want and I have been trying for 3 days now to get it to work, I’m still working on it now - basically I would like something like this, feel really defeated would love any help (happy to support as well - please include a Buy Me A Coffee Link if you have one and I will send a bunch)

After watching the video I would say that the 85px add to the team member grid item is unnecessary if you like a tighter layout.
