Is there any way to differentiate which event people register for on the backend? Right now, regardless of the event they register for, it comes through as the generic name of the form which is “events.”

The fix is to use a hidden field in your form that contains a value related to the record. It could be a campaign name or title of your CMS item, or the page the user visited where the form was loaded. This is accomplished with custom code on Webflow. There are examples in the forum if you search.
