Our checkout page, specifically the fields in the Payment Info section, does not allow users to enter their card details. Everything worked fine before. We haven’t changed any settings. Support didn’t help us, and we have an active campaign expecting an influx of users who want to purchase products. They won’t be able to do so. Has anyone encountered this problem?
I even placed a fresh checkout form without any styling on the page, but it behaves the same way as the one published on the official domain.
The only self-help things you can do are the obvious ones-
Test on a different computer, disable extensions, clear your cache, try a different browser, reconnect stripe…
Support didn’t give a reason. I’m waiting for an answer.

I have some clean ecomm installment and the
problem is the same: Shop 2
I didn’t set up a stripe on this one. Forms have the same behavior like on the live site.
So maybe this is a problem, and reconnecting the stripe will work.
