Hi guys!
So I know a lot of users have had the same problem, but even though I’ve read many threads here, I can’t figure out a solution.
I published an onlineshop yesterday and integrated Stripe for the Checkout. Everything seemed to work out fine. Now as I tried to make a test-purchase I realized that the checkout doesn’t work. The payment just doesn’t go through. The following error message keeps showing up:
“There was an error processing your customer info. Please try again, or contact us if you continue to have problems.”
I already reached out to Stripe and they assured me that the problem is with Webflow. Of course I also reached out to the support but haven’t heard back yet.
Can someone please help me? I’d really like to get started with marketing activities but as long as the checkout doesn’t work that’s simply not smart.
