Check-out issue, customers can't pay in e-commerce site

Hello everyone,

I’m facing an issue with the webflow Check-out.

Indeed, as a lot a person in this forum. When we click on the check-out button after filling up the information, nothing happens… I’ve done everything on my side and check everything to be sure it can be activated but nothing. (SSL, Check-out activated etc etc etc…).

I’ve seen that this is a bug from webflow since many years. But how the hell is that possible ?
They litterally have an E-commerce offer which they take fees on each transaction.
I can’t believe they didnt fix it yet, there is no sense.

I prefer believe that I’m doing something wrong than seeing that Webflow didnt fix it since this issue exist and prefer to avoid it whereas it can be litterally a good amount of money earn from the commission and the e-commerce plan.

Of course, I’ve sent email to the support but they are busy… so i dont know what to do.

If anyone faced this issue and fixed it. Please it would appreciated to tell me what might me the problem

So what I was afraid of is the reality…

I’ve tried to add the app “form payment” to see if something would change.

But despite of being connected properly to Stripe according to webflow interface. It is in reality not…

The message is clear, my site is not connected to Stripe…

Webflow has an issue with their integration with stripe.

Please @webflow any idea ??
