Changing Product Variant Button Background from CMS collection

HI,

I want to build this design and struggle to make it work.
I don’t know how to target the product variant color to then apply the hex code to button background.

Got a CMS collection for the colors (name, hex code) and one reference field per color on each product iteration.

Can you help me on this ?
