Change Image in Presentation section

Can someone tell me now to change the image in this CMS collection page in the “Presentation” section? The image with the glasses and shoe.

Delete it then insert a new image.

Yeah, unfortunately as Jeff said, you have to delete it and then add your new image. There is no replace option.
