Change font color depending on background color

Do and of you know, how to create custom font-colors in order to different colored backgrounds?

For example you have a hero section. The background of the hero is splitted into 2 colors : white and blue. Then you have a heading on top of that, that overlaps from the blue to the white BAckground. At this point, where the font overlap to the white Background, it’s color should change from white into blue.

I was told to use midnight.js for that. Dont know if thats the right solution for me, cause i dont want the heading-font to be fixed. I just want it to be statically as a "normal " heading.
