How change text color on absolute image?

Hi, all!
Have a problem with color text, i need 2 colors in one header, second color changed automaticly on gray, when he have another background (absolute image) but gray is not readble, and i want change it on white, u can see it in Section3 in my project and on screenshot, so here is the question: How change gray color on white?
