hi I can’t access my navbar on mobile. I can see it faintly in the background and also if I touch the top it will open the menu but its not visible.

I dont know why you have two main navbars (little weird structure). You can show/hide items on mobile if you want some nav link item to show only on desktop.
Anyway:
"Not visible" because you add to this element “Fixed Navbar” z-index: 9999
Give to "Navbar 2"element z-index: 10000 and thats it
