Can't scroll to bottom of page on mobile

The page im building can´t scroll all the way to the bottom on mobile. It will suddenly just stop and stutter for at bit if you try scrolling down again. I have done a lot of testing, but i am at a loss.
This “bug” happends both on mobile and mobile landscape (don’t know about tablet). I also tried it on 2 different Apple and Android phones. On the Apple phones i was able to scroll all the way down, but i wasn’t able to on either of the android phones. Though the Android phones were both much old versions. Could that be whats causing it? It is not browser related as i tested it on both Safari and Chrome.

Any help is much appreciated!

Did you ever get help with this? I am experiencing a similar issue.
