Hi, I have been trying to reach Webflow’s support but there isn’t any platform that seems to be responsive. I tried reaching out on X and I sent an email but no response. I tried using the support portal but the chat container just shows a loading spinner.
I am having difficulties changing the email address of my account. Please who knows any other platform I could use to reach out to the support team?
It depends on what you mean by “problems changing email”.
If you can log in to your account, then use the Webflow support form. They do respond, but it can take a few days depending on the support workload.
If you cannot log into your account and do not have access to the original email for a password reset, you’ll need to do account recovery.
