Can't make embedded form clickable

Hi.

Having a problem embeding zoho form to my website. The form is either invisible (suppose it’s under another layer/block/whatever) or unclickable. At what layer should I add embedded code to make it visible and clickable?

Need to replace Form Block 3 with my code 25.04.2022_14.16.33_REC
But dont want to delete existing form in case to use it later, just make it invisible and move somehere.
