Yesterday we upgraded our site to Business Plan as we started getting an error message stating that we had reached our limit. I found it a bit odd, but I decided to upgrade the plan anyways. However, we keep getting the same message even though we haven’t created the max amount of items.

Have you reloaded your webflow tabs after adding the site plan?

Are you sure you have added the site plan to the correct site?
Are you sure you are not over the limit for that site plan? (Usually, 1,000-10,000 CMS items)
If you’re sure of all of that, just reach out to Webflow support and they can help you
