Cannot edit the nav bar that appears upon scroll

Hi, I have tried searching for a solution for this on here but just cannot in the life in me find out how to edit the nav bar that appears when scrolled.

I’m guessing its somewhere hidden or something. It has the original pre-sets on that the template has, yet I have managed to change the bit that is fixed at the top. Any help would be great! Also pretty new here!

I’m not familiar with this template, but it looks like this is the one that appears on scroll, just delete this and you are good to go:
