Can i upload a template in webflow market place with CUSTOM CODE?

Hello recently i have developed a webflow template with custom javascript and custom css.

But then i read the submission guidelines from below link

One of the guide lines say that i can not upload a template with custom code
What if my website have custom code ?
Will webflow reject my application to become a template desiger???

Please guide me on this
