I build custom calculators sometimes in JS/jQuery but it can be a bit of work to get the calculations perfectly validated, and the UX buttery-smooth.
If you’re a script pro, or hiring one, that might be the approach you take, because you can customize it exactly the way you want.
Another approach is to use a 3rd party service that is rather like a forms builder, but designed for e.g. quote generation. Here’s one I’ve googled; but I’ve never used it.
