Burger Menu not opening

I have a few problems regarding my navbar in phone and tablet mode. First off, I can’t seem to find any help online on how to edit my navbar when it’s in “burger menu” mode. E.g. how to make a close button when the menu is opened from the side and fills the whole page. Another thing is that the burger menu doesn’t open the menu after I’ve opened and closed it, almost like it’s frozen. I feel like my navbar setup is generally kind of janky so if anyone has a project with a navbar that does the following it would be great!

• logo and text is white with a transparent background when scrolled to the top
• logo and text is black with a white background when starting to scroll
• A working burger menu with a close button

Thank you!! I have updated my site with a few iterations now. Unfortunately, I still have a problem with the burger menu. After opening and closing the burger menu, I have to triple-click it for it to open again. Maybe this has something to do with the two navbars called “wrapper” as seen in the picture. The two navbars are to achieve the color change in the logo and text when scrolled.
