Branding the Editor Issue with Ecommerce Template

I just tried to setup custom branding for the Editor and it says this feature is not available for ecommerce sites?? Is there a setting somewhere where I can turn off ecommerce for my site? I am not even using the feature (I have an ecommerce template but not using ecommerce) so I do not want it blocking this capability.
