You really shouldn’t have to edit the body’s positioning at all, there are built in body styles in Webflow. I usually don’t add any classes to the body at all.
How can we set up a sticky nav bar if it needs to be set relative to the body and the body’s position can’t be edited? I’m having this same issue.
@JustJoe - Have you followed this tutorial in the university?
Note: the design panel is updated but the process is the same.
I got “stuck” on this too! That prompt is misleading. To resolve this, you need to move the navbar to be direct child of the body. Mine was in a container and wouldn’t stick.
I know we are YEARS later, but thank you for this! This comment saved me from a big headache with our template.
