Blog page wont load 3 across on tablet on down

Hello,
I created a blog page based on the CMS blog tutorial.
When in desktop everything looks fine but when I shrink to tablet the row of the 3 across 'recent posts"(as opposed to featured posts) only shows 2 across even though there is plenty of room for 3 across.

Margin-right is also considered part of the element. Even if you can’t see it, it takes up space.

Designer will not let me adjust margin right

Your share link is broken now, but I’m guessing the margin right I was referring to was on the dynamic list item.
