Back to top button not working on published site

Hi there,

The back to the top button I have set up is not working on my published site on any browser. Mobile and desktop.

It works through the preview page on the designer but not on the public site. Has anyone else run into this issue/know what the problem might be?

Especially if you have this on multiple pages, Iā€™d recommend using this script method we made instead.

Hello @Jess.AJJ, welcome to the community!

So your back to top button is not working because you have your BrandColorBar component set to hidden under component settings, just change it back to visible and the back button should work on the published site. I hope this helps.
