i Have a question!
In my news items i have a multi-reference with employees who are in this news items.
If i archive the employees (they stopped working) does the system stopping with showing the employee?
Or do i have to delete this persons TAG in every newsmessage?

If you Archive a collection item it no longer gets published.
So if you have a reference to an employee like an author of a news/blog post the author will also disappear in the post or other places the employee is referenced.
If you want to still have the employee still to be seen as an author but not as an employee you could add a switch to the employee collection (eg. Currently employed yes/no) and filter the employee list.
