Dumb question 
: Is this interaction where the horizontal scrolling on the top of the mobile page considered “smooth scrolling”?
I have a long horizontal list like this with Overflow: Scroll selected. However, it does not scroll like the example above. Just trying to figure out if I need to add some custom code.

Correct, I’m specifically looking to replicate the behavior on horizontal scrolling so that you can swipe or “flick” and the items will scroll past. 
Did you ever find the solution to this? I’ve been searching for a while and can’t find anything!
