Anchor Link not working properly on first page load. Works after you're on the site

Hi all,

I’ve set up a Page Section anchor link. When I first enter the site by clicking on Private Events, I click on the “BOOK AN EVENT” button in the hero or middle of page and it doesn’t go the to the proper spot.

After I’m on the site or page, it seems to anchor the correct place.

Any help would be appreciated.
