Am I on an alternate universe interactions panel?

When ever I try to follow an interactions tutorial I seem to never see what instructors are showing when they make interactions. I’m currently following PixleGeek’s video on a collapsing search bar. He had me right up to 4:15 and I just don’t see the same option on the interactions panel you do! Anybody?
