Aligning dropdown menu

[grahamtaylornyc (Graham Taylor)]

Can’t seem to get dropdown menu to align left with other menu items. I put a div block inside the menu item and made it a flex-box but the alignment controls seemed to be ignored. Any help would be greatly welcome!
