After a fair amount of looking around the web and on this forum I couldn’t find an answer to the following question: can you add a new element to a Symbol that only exists in that particular instance of the Symbol? For instance, we have a side menu that comes in on a button click that we want to look consistent across the site but we have several pages we are creating in silo (because of Webflow’s collections per pages limitation) that will have some more dropdowns in the side bar than others. It seems like a real waste of time and effort to update all those instances if we decide to change layout and styles a bit down the road.
Is a new element (new dropdown in this case) possible to be added in only one instance of a Symbol?
