Adding Job Description Schema

Hi,

I’m looking to add JobPosting Schema to our Webflow site. I have most of this completed on our Jobs Template:

The problem I’m having is when it comes to add the required job description. Since our Job descriptions are using rich text, we cannot add the CMS field into the custom code.

Does anyone have a way to handle this?
